Drop unofficial user_external refs
As per https://github.com/nextcloud/user_external/issues/186 our official documentation points to an official and currently unmaintained app. In my opinion we should only document official apps.
Current doc page https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/23/admin_manual/configuration_user/user_auth_ftp_smb_imap.html. Added in https://github.com/nextcloud/documentation/pull/1319.
@jospoortvliet your call
We can debate what "official" means, but unmaintained is unmaintained so I'd drop it for that reason.
Hi everyone! Just wanted to drop a note that I'm still alive :) just currently way too busy with my studies... but I'll try to continue doing releases of user_external (hopefully this week-end as it's Easter break)... I agree though that it makes sense to drop this section from the official docs for the time being as I can't guarantee anything regarding my availabilities :grimacing:
Looks to be getting periodic commits and even a couple new releases (and is compatible with NC27 and even has a shiny new CHANGELOG).

Is the consensus still to drop it from the manual for the time being?
@jospoortvliet?^
we moved the release procedure to a shared approach, so I'm not the only one any more able to push new releases - this obviously helps getting new releases out when only updating the compatibility number is needed :) not sure if it changes anything else though
