documentation No icons created/shown in developer manual

Currently, the icon overview of the developer documentation does not show any icons.

I stumbled upon this error during my work for #7646. There is a possible solution present but I do not know how and where the final version to be published on docs.nextcloud.com is built. Is this some custom version of readthedocs? I found some traces of CircleCI but with old paths...

With the update in #7646 I could easily build and commit the PNGs to the main repo if this was intended/wished. I did keep everything compatible as I did not want to break existing things.

Honestly, I do not know, who to ask.

I just made an PR for updating the material-design icons instead of using the svg API. https://github.com/nextcloud/documentation/pull/9592

But this issue is still open. No icons anymore than v21... I don't know how to fix that, maybe somebody can tell me?!

Fixed by #9592 & #10984 (and the passage of time that has depreciated the old icons).
