[Bug]: Mail app is missing in default nextcloud 24.0.04 installation docker.

Bug description

The mail app is not present in the default 24.04 install

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the official docker image build with tag 24-apache
2. Search for the mail app or try to install via occ or the webui
3. It says the mail app is already installed but on version 0
4. No email client is available.

It is solved by downloading manually the mail app to the apps folder from https://apps.nextcloud.com/apps/mail/releases?platform=14 This issue has been reported in the forums here: https://help.nextcloud.com/t/mail-app-missing-clean-nc24-install-on-mailserver/139497
