Removed proxy settings from nginx.conf

Hi! I'm not sure if it was intended, but in commit updating nginx.conf to latest you guys removed proxy real IP setting in proxied examples:

I'm not sure. And it's been quite awhile now. Originally was added in #302. :thinking:
