desktop [Bug]: Client synchronization timed out and failed

Bug description

My Windows client is version 3.16.0, and the server is version 31.0.0. Recently, I've noticed that some clients are unable to synchronize files. Occasionally, one or two files can be synchronized successfully, but most of the time, the synchronization fails.

I have multiple clients, but only one of them is experiencing this issue. Additionally, I am also using Obsidian, which synchronizes Markdown files through its sync plugin. The synchronization in Obsidian works perfectly fine.

Steps to reproduce

No additional operations were performed; it's like this right after startup. Occasionally, one or two files can be synchronized successfully.

Expected behavior

I have tried the following:

1.Deleted all cache files, including the .sync_***.db files in both the system directory and the target directory.

2.Uninstalled the Nextcloud client, restarted the computer, and reinstalled the client.

However, neither of these methods worked.

Thank you very much for your reply! I have downloaded the version you mentioned, updated the local client, and restarted my computer. The problem still exists. Moreover, I have noticed a phenomenon: it seems that syncing my own folders is not a problem. Syncing folders shared with me by others is very slow. The former has a speed of about 10-20MB/s, while the latter shows a speed of less than 1-5KB/s. This is quite strange. Below are some logs from the client.

Thank you very much for your reply. The issue hasn't reoccurred recently. The version I'm using is 3.17.0. I've noticed that this problem might be related to the VPN I'm using. When the issue occurred before, I was able to resolve it by turning off the VPN or any other proxies.

Hello, next to 4.0.0 issue #9036 and upgrade to 4.0.2, I have (at least) one user who have the same "the last 3 syncs failed".
