Bug description
a user decided to enable virtual agent on a windows system, before this action - all Nextcloud files exist locally on the windows systems (too).
- after switching to the virtual agent, all files got suddenly removed locally (windows)
Steps to reproduce
- enable virtual file agent on windows
- check local files into the nextcloud folder
- there are gone
- all files (fortunately) exist on the Nextcloud Server.
Expected behavior
May be the expectation is wrong - but in my opinion, the virtual agent SHOULD NOT remove all files without user intervention. This user had to resync serveral TB of data back to his PC.

Did the files become placeholders with no content?
- yes, the got a "cloud symbol", which means, that the file is not available anymore (locally)
