Tray dialog does not properly indicate errored or paused other accounts

Feature description

Except for the tray icon which communicates that something is paused, there is no other indicator that my other account is currently paused. Also, if I would have a lot of accounts, there would be no way to quickly find which one has an issue.

Just like the status icon bubbles up, we should have the sync status also in 2 additional places:

• Somehow on the account dropdown, e.g. as an indicator on the dropdown arrow so people know it’s about another account than the current one.
• In the dropdown accounts list, for example where we currently show the status, we could rather show the sync status here if paused or errored since at that point it is more important there.
