Large folder notifications are not clickable

Bug description

I got a notification saying "A new folder larger than 500MB has been added. Please go to the settings to select it if you wish to download it".

"go to the settings" is a bit unspecific. It would be good if clicking on the notification would open the relevant settings window

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new folder larger than 500 MB
2. Get a notification asking to go to the settings
3. Click on the notification

Expected behavior

The relevant settings page opens
