Expected behaviour

Same app order as set in the web app.

Actual behaviour

Some "random" app order is shown.

Steps to reproduce

1. left click on the desktop client
2. left click apps on the upper right

Client configuration

Client version: 3.2.0 (Ubuntu)

Operating system: Kubuntu 20.10

OS language: de_ch

Qt version used by client package (Linux only, see also Settings dialog): KDE-Plasma-Version: 5.19.5 KDE-Frameworks-Version: 5.74.0 Qt-Version: 5.14.2 Kernel-Version: 5.8.0-49-generic

Client package (From Nextcloud or distro) (Linux only): nextcloud-desktop/groovy,now 3.2.0-20210410.072919.14fbf1b10-1.0~groovy1 amd64

Nextcloud version: 21.0.1

I can't reproduce this issue on client v3.14.0 and server v30.0.0 under macOS. The ordering matches the Web GUI's as I update it there. It seems to synchronize every time the client starts.

I spun a Fedora VM, and it also works fine.

I just checked and the order of the apps list it is the same as in the server with 3.15.3 too.
