Notifications about added comments in the card/on the board

Currently, if you enable notifications about adding comments to the card, you receive exactly the same emails with the subject - Event in XXXXXX. There's no way to filter them out. When working on kanban, it is impossible to determine on which board a comment appeared or the deadlines changed. It would be very convenient if the name of the board with the new event or the card itself were highlighted.
