Calendar integration

Would be awesome to have some kind of calendar integration.

I have a calendar on nextcloud just for my company. Now I want to connect DECK with the calendar and have an option to toggle the calendar on and off in DECK.

If calendar is ON, all appointments in Calendar are shown in the DECK overview that show cards for today, tomorrow, etc.

To be more flexible it also could be implemented in a way that the appointment in the calendar has a Tag or a placeholder that is used... (e.g. if appointment description contain #nx-deck, it will be used to show it in deck-list, else not)

I would love this. Clean the sink every Monday (recurring task), check the box for Deck -> Select board. Mayby a menu item in Deck to display all tasks through the calendar

That's the reason why I'm playing around with Nextcloud/Deck; I'm looking for something similar.

That would be realy great. I guess, it means to have a start and an end dates in the card details.

I would like to add to this request a better integration with task :

• When, in card description, we write "- [ ]" to make a checkbox in deck, it create a task in Nextcloud Task with the text behind the box as task title.
• Then, when we check the box in Task, it check the box in Deck (If there is only one box, it ticks the card as finished at the date of ticking.

I can expand the same logic to calendar :

• When we make an event in calendar, we could have the possibility to auto-create a card by ticking a box in the event creation

I also want to thanks everyone working on the nextcloud project. I can't imagine how much work goes into it.

This would be really great, yes. We're using Deck and Calendar to achieve basic project management. It works very well! Trying to elaborate on that. In our experience, the main limitation is the lack of a "start date" in a Card. The "due date" is present and do work in the Calendar. Still, it would be great to have a kind of "GANTT visualisation" for cards having both a "start date" and a "due date": This way a team could have an overview of ongoing task - related to cards - within the Calendar. And: it exists already! So we want to point it out also here, it's an alpha version but already working ncgantt. The next step would be to have a general visualisation of ALL the boards in the same place, eg the GANTT app ncgatt OR the same but in Calendar (or Deck). Thanks all for the huge working, looking forward for any suggestion about future integrations and improvements.
