Feature request: add icon for cards having a description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the compact view, in addition to color-coded tags, currently cards for which a deadline are set are marked with a clock icon, which is a really useful feature to distinguish them from the rest. Nevertheless there is no way of telling if a card has a description or not except for clicking on it or by switching to the standard view.
Describe the solution you'd like It'd be nice if cards with a description were marked with some icon as well (as they are in the standard view).
The icon you are looking for is in the bottom left of the cards and varies depending on the content of the description field:
Strange, that doesn't appear in my installation. I'm using NC 29.0.1 and app version 1.13.0.
Ahhhh, I see now it does appear in the standard view. I was talking about the compact view, where it does not appear. I'll edit the OP accordingly.
