Came here to report exactly this issue... but found this existing one and add me to it.

Maybe as some additional information: When does it happens: If you delete an existing List / column in your Desk-Board.

This issue blocks the workflow (bad UX), and could easily be improved (e.g. move the notification just 50 px down! BTW: It may also be a good UX to have a little X at the dialog to close it manually by click
