Always notify assigned users if a comment is added

In my team people often forget to mention users when they add a comment so in many cases people don't realise that a comment was added because they don't get notified. I was thinking of how to improve that: an automated notification for all assigned users could be a good option. Also one could think of notifying everyone who interacted with the card?
