deck Entering a due date manually interprets it independantly from the user's locale

Describe the bug When one enters a due date manually, the date gets interpreted as an American date (mm/dd/yyyy) instead of the format from the locale (e.g. dd/mm/yyyy).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open a card
In the date field, instead of selecting the date with mouse clicks, enter the date by keyboard (e.g. 01/09/2023)
Press Enter
The date is now 09 january 2023

Expected behavior

The date should be interpreted in accordance with the user's locale. In our exemple, it should be 1st septembre 2023

I have a similar problem. In my Nextcloud user preferences, I have specified that I am English (Canadian), and the formatted date under that option displays as "YYYY-MM-dd", but due dates in Deck appear as "dd/MM/YYYY".

Separate question altogether, but I'll throw it out there: Does anyone know how to get Nextcloud to use 24-hour time?

I can confirm this. My locale is set to German which is DD.MM.YYYY date format But Decks shows it to me in another locale MM / DD / YYYY which is confusing every time.

I would actually prefer the ISO format of YYYY-MM-DD incl 24 hour time but cannot find any way to set this up. Using: Nextcloud Hub 8 (29.0.9) and Deck Version 1.13.5
