After editing a tag, creating a new tag does not allow you to change the color of the new tag.

Describe the bug As seen in the title, whenever you edit a tag, and in the same go create a new tag, you cannot change the colour of the new tag at creation time.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to tags in one of your decks.
2. Edit an existing tag, no need to change anything, just save it.
3. Create a new tag.
4. Try to change the color of the new tag, see that it doesn't allow you too.

Expected behavior The expactation is that you can change the color of the new tag.

Work around The work around is simple, save the new tag you want to create and edit the color after that, so this isn't a major UI bug that needs fixing immediately. Just found it interesting to have it at least be registered as a known bug.
