Describe the bug Link card with another one is impossible when we have an empty list in a board. When we move the empty list at the end of board, we can see every cards

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to on a card
Click on Add a project
Click on Link a card
Choose a board with an empty list
Choose a card
If the empty list is in first then, the cards list is totaly empty (screen CardLink_EmptyList_First_Capture d’écran 2022-06-29 120508.jpg)
If the empty list is in middle, then the cards list is partial (CardLink_EmptyList_Middle_Capture d’écran 2022-06-29 120721.jpg)
If the empty list is in the end, then, the cards list is full CardLink_EmptyList_End_Capture d’écran 2022-06-29 120721.jpg
