Filter user tasks in all boards

As an organization admin, it would be nice if I could filter all boards for all tasks assigned to a specific user.

The current behaviour is filtering per board, but it's going to be a mess when you have lots of them.

I totaly agree. Even using the board as a private person this feature could be very helpful. Inorder to avoid to many columns I split my projects into different boards (e.g. private, work, school). Having a possible way to filter globaly would help me to find the tickets with high priority faster than searching each board manually.
