give a bit more info on where to get the tokens

For github I was looking for where to grab the token from for quite a while. A mouse-over perhaps with a bit more info would be quite helpful... here possible links to use:

• zammad - maybe https://docs.zammad.org/en/latest/api/user-access-token.html - but that is shitty. Can't find docs on how to do it in the UI, but it is easy: go to your profile, go to Token Access, then use Create to generate a Personal Access Token

Similar issue with matterbridge, btw - but there, perhaps the matterbridge docs already have enough info and we could link there for each item? The docs have reasonably good "how to get the token" info, eg: https://github.com/42wim/matterbridge/wiki/Settings#token-1
