Food storage management, expiration date and suggestions

Hi, I was looking for a software to help me manage my food storage, and I was wondering if you ever though about adding it to the cookbook plugin.

Idea behind this is to keep track of food characteristics like
and maybe relate them to existing recipes in a form of suggestions.

• ability to add food name, expiration dates, quantities and storage location
• maybe use some sort of barcode scanning to easily add/remove groceries
• keep track of groceries about to expire and warn users
• provide some suggestions based on storage and recipes
