Display loading indicator while category is being renamed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When confirming the new name of a recipe nothing seems to happen for a while (depending on the speed of all parts (connection, backend, ..)). As a user, it would be nice to get some feedback that something is actually happening in the background.

Describe the solution you'd like Display a loading spinner next to the category name being renamed while the operation is in progress.
