description field

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. because of lack of a field for background info i put all into the description field -- might be a lot

Describe the solution you'd like sometimes i wish i have a separate field for this or at least a floating text around the picture -- so sometimes there is a big white "nothing" below the picture

Describe alternatives you've considered this is not dramatic and i dont know how complex it is to realise but it would be a nice optical enhancement

What type of background info are you taking of?

We want to stick with the Schema.org standards. Thus,a general background information might be too broad st that point. I have to check what is supported but a hint from you would be appreciated. Maybe give an example?

for example as vegetarian style you can use this instead of that

or check wikipedia for thaini it tastes very good and is used in hummus, baba ghanoush and halva ..... (use as link would be good)(internal) it is used in cuisines in the following countries ... oldest mention 4000 years ago it has the following vitamins .... its has magnesium, potassium, iron, copper, zinc, phosphor, calcium and so on

if there is no apropriate field in the schema i can stuck with the description but then it would be nice to have floating text as the description text might be double as long as the height of the picture (sometimes)

when all affords fail and i can use links in the text i can put these text somewhere else in Nextcloud like i do with the pictures

That are quite very different types of information.

  • [x] Links are already enabled in the context of Markdown (should be at least).
  • [ ] The cuisine information is present in the standard, I know but is currently not supported by the app. This can be implemented in the app. (#2011)
  • [ ] The vitamins are not part of the descriptions as far as I know. Here we would need a custom extension.
  • [ ] The same holds true for arbitrary information (like the oldest mention 4000 years ago).
  • [ ] Pictures is on the agenda already: #47 #315
  • [ ] Changing of the appearance of the different fields and be an option. I have to check that in detail.
