The stock Contact app on Android 11 allows you to add "labels" to contacts. In VCARD version 3 syntax these seem to become a separate entry with X-ADDRESSBOOKSERVER-KIND:GROUP, a FN having the name of the label and a set of X-ADDRESSBOOKSERVER-MEMBER:urn:uuid:<uuid_here>

NextCloud Contact application shows that as a contact rather than a group

I'd like to be able to search by label, and allow me to see and modify the labels associated with each contact

Describe alternatives you've considered

Not seeing any support for "labels" I've thought maybe these "labels" could be shown as "groups"
