Allow a contact to have more than one manager.

I cannot set myself as having more than one manager, despite the GUI in every sense appearing to demonstrate that I should be able to.

As you might have typically boards, C-Level Managers and clustered groups it chould be possible to have more than one manager as well as the pssibility to have a group as manager in the context of an organizational diagram. For the diagram it should have two possibilities: one would be to count only the first manager, the other one would be to duplicate persons in their different roles under different managers.

@ArVar, the reason I want this is because I'm simultaneously a member of multiple organisations, so I legitimately have multiple managers. As an example, some time, I had both a corporal as my section commander, and a charity committee chairperson that I was beholden to.
Situation: In contacts app of Nextcloud, we would like to set up the “Organization chart”. As of now, it is only possible to select one single user as the manager of one user.
What is missing: But to set up our “Organization chart” exactly as our hierarchical structure is defined – meaning having 2 managers for a team – , we must have the opportunity to define a managing team as "a manager".
Solution: The solution could be that either a single user or a managing team can be selected as “a manager”; in a second step, if chosen, that managing team has to be defined: users have to be selected. When defining new manager connections, EITHER a single manager OR a managing team can be selected, so the managing team has NOT to be created multiple times.
@knob-msmr, creating a management team would be useful for me, too, when batch-adding a fourty-man flight's immediate superordinates to each member. Would you create a separate FR for that?
Unfortunately, it doesn't replace this, because I would still need to add that management team, plus another few managers, due to my more unique situation.
