Dropdowns are differently styled from new inputs

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the app
2. Create a new contact or edit one

Expected behavior

Inputs look consistent

Actual behavior

All the dropdowns look different from the new input fields.

• Phone & email type selector
• Address book dropdown (section does not even need to show if you only have 1 address book)
• Groups dropdown (also has an extra title on the left?
• "Choose property type" dropdown
