REQ company field > related contact

for a professional contact, if i want to relate this contact and his company, i have to type the company's name under his name AND create a field 'related contact' and then add the company time consuming, doing twice an action for same result: link contact and company

do this relation only once create the relation in the Company field under the contact's name
