contacts Ability to link contacts to a user [$70]

Currently when you have a contact and a user with the name name it results in this:

How should the user know which one is the contact and which is the user? Would it be possible to link a contact to a user? This way it would be possible to filter out duplicates like above.

With #70 being fixed now this is the remaining pain point, as you can't merge contacts with system users.

I really think one could reuse the merge UX but if you try to merge a system contact and a normal, they rather become linked as proposed by this issue.

Well implemented it would also solve https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/4643
