Describe the bug

Validate that the group name is not an empty string

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click "Create group"
  2. Save group

Expected behavior

Validation error (e.g. group name cannot be empty)

Actual behavior

  • A group with empty name is added
  • It's possible to add members to the group
  • F5 and everything is gone

I can still reproduce this in v 5.3.2
