New pages from templates seem to load in read only mode in cypress

Been seeing this failure repeatedly:

Page templates -- Create and edit a page template -- Create a new page from template (failed)

Tried on cloud.nextcloud.com and could not reproduce it.

It's interesting because according to the network traffic the editor has been loaded for a while.
