Link to new pages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes a user could want to link to a page that doesn't exist yet, they have to quit editting the page, create a new page go back to the old page and only now they can add the link.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow people to create files when selecting a file to link, right now it tells you that you can add folders, but they end up being broken

Additional context I encounter this use case very often and I think it could improve the experience.
