To add federated users in circles

I have 2 Nextcloud servers (22.2.9) with Circles installed (22.3.2). They are trusted servers to each other (and green !). I want to share files in a group containing multiples users from both servers. Circles seemed to be the solution but I can't add users from the other server as they don't appears in the Circles "add user" list !

So, is Circle compatible with the Nextcloud federation?

The PR is listed as Draft ever since. Is there any news, on when this feature will be released?

I was kinda wondering, why it doesn't seem to exist anymore? Because in the nextcloud forums, there is quite some content about federated circles with version 0.11.0 and so on. Was this feature removed at some point?
