Make some constraints to shared calendars configurable

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to make optional some constraints to shared calendars (or shared web views of calendars):
- To not show past events (x days)
- To not show future events (x days)
- To not show some details like description, location, appendix, ...
- To not show (in web view) a link to a subscription
- To not show the owner of a calendar
