Abillity to use Task sidebar editor in the Calendar

When I click on a task in the Calendar I expect to see the task sidebar open on the right so that I can view its properties or edit it.

Instead, I am redirected to the Tasks app where the task is selected there. This is annoying because it takes time for the Tasks app to load and also takes me away from the Calendar.
