Possibility to choose addressbook(s) for birthdays

I don't want to see every birthday from e.q. ex girlfriends and other archived contacts. But often, it's important, to have the adress (in a different addressbook).

It would be nice, to choose the addressbook(s) for birthdays or to disable addressbook for the generated birthday calendar.

Another way of enabling this functionality would be to use the three-dot menu. (The one that allows you to omit the year) We could implement a "dont show in calendar"-checkbox, which then would omit the contact from the auto creation of the birthay calendar.

It should be possible to use a custom vcard attribute for that.
