Feature: Possibility to restrict the freebusy view by user/group

Due to the pressure of the works council, the FreeBusy feature has to be deactivated in our company. Background: The manager should not be able to control the work of an employee because, according to the works council, a manager could interpret the lack of appointments as NOT working.

Describe the solution you'd like

One solution (for the works council) would be if the employee could determine who can (not) see their FreeBusy times.

So here is the feature suggestion: The Nextcloud server should be able to send FreeBusy times only to defined users/groups. Everyone else does NOT get FreeBusy times.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Currently the feature is disabled. :-(
