Thats the only reason why Im not able to use Nextcloud Calendar. Would be great to see is in the Future. But dont implement it exactly like reclaim.ai were you can use only 1 specific calendar. It wound be great to have it available for all nextcloud calendars.
I would love to have this feature added!

Is this a feature Nextcloud Calendar can implement on its own or is there some standard that all calendar applications expect (that would have this implement this first)?
Reclaim.ai is only for Google Calendar.
This is not wholly true: https://help.reclaim.ai/en/articles/3640324-connect-your-non-google-calendar As far as I can tell, Reclaim.ai doesn't use CalDav at all, it just registers as a client application in Google Calendar. What I meant was that Nextcloud Calendar could go the same way, but that would mean users could only use this feature in the webapp and not in client applications.
The way would be sth. like:
o---- nextcoud calendar ----> merge all calendars into one google calendar ----> connect to reclaim and "sort" ----> back to the google calendar ----> sort everything from one google calendar back to multiple nc calendar ----o use nc calendar
I dont think its an option do do this and have it working stable for multiple users. The main problems are:
- only google calendars can connect to reclaim
- only one calendar out of the google account is handled by reclaim

I am sorry for causing a misunderstanding. What I meant was not for Nextcloud to work with Reclaim.ai via Google Calendar but for Nextcloud Calendar to implement a similar feature.

This was meant as Nextcloud Calendar implementing the feature either so it only works in the webapp or in a way that the feature is also accessible in client applications (like Evolution).
You should be able to control it via client applications. You could have the decision if you want it to plan for you or not just like you can chose which calendar to put it in right now. You would need Starttime/date, Endtime/date and Duration separate to let it plan for you. Maybe the duration could be handled by sth like "duration:XX:xx" in the Description.
