Add default reminder per appointment setting

Booked appointments have no reminder set.

When setting up the appointment booking feature it would be nice to configure a default reminder which gets added to each booked appointment.

Appointment events already use the Calendar's global default reminder. So I think this request is only about a dedicated reminder per appointment config
The default reminder is very usefull. (Nextcloud 28: 5 minutes before event.)
However, in case of full day events, the reminder is set to 23:55 o'clock. If the user does not have "do not disturb" mode on phone, he gets woken up :-).
How about removing the default reminder for full day events or setting them to something more usefull - like 18:00 or so.
