Event pop-up shows times in UTC for read-only subscriptions

Description

Events in the calendar pop-up when you click on the event show times in UTC, rather than the calendar's time zone. In my case, the time zone of the calendar is America/Toronto (UTC -5)

Steps to reproduce

• New Calendar -> New subscription from link (read-only)
• Note the new events added are shown in the calendar's time zone.
• Click on an event, the pop-up shows the times in UTC

Expected behaviour

The pop-up window should show the time in the calendar's time zone
