[feature] do not backup users' data

Hi Considering a NC instance, containing 14TB of data which already has a separate data backup strategy, would there be any possible way to use the Backup app for the instance only (what you call partial, config, apps, db...) but not any of the data itself ? Could this be available in the configuration page of the app, allowing the user to choose whether he wants to include the data itself in the backup scope or not ?
