Backups with active files_antivirus slow.

Since the backup-chunks are stored in a directory scanned by files_antivirus while in maintenance mode, it is as good as impossible to do (full) backups automated by background job with files_antivirus activated. So I have to do backups with occ after /occ app:disable files_antivirus. The resource used by antivirus is huge and slows down the first step unacceptably. Since one only backups already scanned and "safe" data, it could be tested by backup app, if files_antivirus is active and deactivate it while in maintenance mode. https://github.com/nextcloud/files_antivirus/issues/178#issuecomment-1003733331
