Improve poking mechanism for integration uploads

When someone uploads an integration using the register integration feature in the app store (1. log in to the app store, 2. a new button will appear in the line with the buttons apps and app developer and this new button is called integration developer, 3. click register integration) the current implementation is that Jos gets pinged and has to review the implementation. Sometimes he misses this and then the integration developer has to wait for months until someone miraculously discovers it.

To do: add the people from the integrations team to the pinging mechanism
