Add identifier when external dependencies are required for app

Some apps require additional dependencies be installed on the file system, or advanced configuration on the host system. My request is a tag or clear notification before app installation because:

Examples:

Full Text Search (and Elastic Search) require various external configuration IPFS external storage - requires ipfs packages be installed from package manager Collectives - requires Circles app already be installed from appstore ocDownloader - requires youtube-dl, aria2 and other packages be installed from package manager

This would be helpful since these apps are certainly not a one-click installation. Thanks for considering!
