Allow File Sorting based on Approval status

Feature Request:

Allow File Sorting based on Approval status. Our folders are full of files that are either already approved or pending approval by someones else or pending approval by the user or rejected.

To find the approval state relevant to the user they have to scroll and easily miss a file that needs approval, if we could sort by approval status, all files awaiting approval by the user would be easily found.

This isn't a feature that we are planning to implement as an alternative you can find out what tags are being used for pending and use the tag view to find them.

Thank you @lukasdotcom I was actually aiming for that solution but the tags we set up in the approval process are hidden tags and do not show up in our tag overview. So i guess the solution then would be to create collaborative pending tags all team members can see, change but shouldn't use for the approval flows. That is not ideal for a 60 member organisation but i can try it. If i could filter for hidden tags - that would be brilliant!

Hi @nikobe123,

You can also change the tag visibility from invisible to restricted in the admin settings under Basic Settings. Still might be a lot of work, but is easier than creating new tags to use for the approval workflows.
