How to dissable auto sending to approval?

Hello!

  1. I create or upload file to Nextcloud.
  2. After file is tagged(Automatic or manually), file automatic send to approval. But i need. that approval start after user click button (after edit file).

Help me! How can i dissable auto sending to approval?
