Store Docusign signed document back in Nextcloud

When a document, for which I have requested the approval for, is signed, I receive an email from [email protected] with the link to the document that is stored in the Docusign server. I have to download the file from Docusign and store it locally, probably with the intent to have it synchronized in Nextcloud.

For this reason. it would be interesting to have a mail from the Nextcloud server instead with the link to the file that has been signed, already stored in Nextcloud.

To distinguish it from the unsigned document, the document could be suffixed with an admin-defined token (for example, -signed) or land in an admin-defined folder (ex. /signed-documents).
