Seems like if there are a lot of tags not all are shown

Testing the approvals app in NC 28.0.3 (community Docker image), I noticed that only 5 tags can be shown. If there are more oc_systemtags they can't be shown and can't be scrolled to.

I see that other tags can be searched for, but one would need to know if the tag exists or not. Is it possible to have a scroll bar?
