People allowed to post announcements should not be allowed to delete other people announcements

I just discovered that when I allow a group other than administrators to post announcements, all members of this group can also delete any announcement from any user, including admins, yet published. Only admins should be allowed to delete all announcements. Non admin users allowed to publish announcements should only be allowed to delete their own announcements or those posted by members of their group

Hey, I support your request. Additionally it would be useful, that users only see their own announcement or at least have the option to choose what to see. If there are many announcements it could be difficult to see what a user has posted.

omg now am facing this problem a lot, many users are deleting announcements, and others couldn't see the announcement. This is like critical issue.

I couldn't just use this app even though I liked it a lot, users are just playing with the deleting thing, they just delete entire announcement I even cannot trace who did that 😞😞😞
