Updating file deletes local copy

Steps to reproduce

1. Open file stored on NC server from a 3rd party app using the Android File Chooser
2. Change file contents and save

Expected behaviour

• NC client detects changes, uploads file to server, then leaves local copy available

Actual behaviour

• NC client detects changes, uploads file to server, but deletes local copy
• Behavior is not experienced if file was loaded directly from the NC client
