storage path: show only options with write permission

Received via mail: app is proposing "/storage/extSdCard", but has no write permission in it. Therefore the migration fails.

  • [ ] Test if we have write permission and only then show the option
  • [ ] show setting only if 2 options are available
  • [ ] (allow custom folder for expert mode?)
