Sync needs to stay permanent when selected

At the moment, I don't see the point to Sync folder on Android. Sure, NC will sync, but only the files currently in the folder.

When a new file is introduced to the "Synced" folder, it does not appear in Android. One has to manually open up the folder, and make it sync again which I think renders the whole thing pointless.
